Happy Pi Day!

Happy Pi Day

Every year on the 14th of March dozens of people all over the world gather their family and friends together to celebrate Pi. Is it any coincidence that Pi Day is also Albert Einstein’s birthday? Well, yes. It is a coincidence. This occurrence is the essence of a what a coincidence.*

So, let’s raise a slice of pie high and toast pi for all the hard work it does!

Now, I must change into my costume for my dance interpretation called “3.14.”

Here is a recipe for my official Pi Day Pie – Lemon Sour Cream Pie.

*According to the Oxford Dictionary a coincidence is “A remarkable concurrence of events or circumstances without an apparent causal connection.” It’s serendipity, fortuity, a fluke (not the parasitic flatworm type) or a happenstance.

I always feel the most important part of the pie is the crust…alas…my crust is lacking. Monkey…what is your secret to a good crust?
